According to DIN 1387 and 1388 floor-mounted WCs must be 390 mm +/- 10 mm high. There is no standard height for wall-mounted WCs, but the above-mentioned standards are taken as a guide in this case, too. As a result a standard height of 400 mm, measured from the floor to the upper edge of the WC, is recommended.
